Hi everyone, we are past the trade deadline and into the dog days of summer. Let’s talk about what the teams goals are for the end of the season. Been a wild season so far.

Goal for rest of Season: Avoid 111 losses (worst in Franchise History).

29. Orioles 38-68 5th in AL East, LW: 29

Goal For Rest of Season: Build young talent to prep for a bright future.

28. Rangers 39-68 5th in AL West, LW: 28

Goal For Rest of Season: Avoid 100 losses (haven’t lost 100 games since 1973).

27. Pirates 41-66 5th in NL Central, LW: 27

Goal For Rest of Season: Continue to build momentum behind Bryan Reynolds and Ke’Bryan Hayes

26. Twins 45-62 5th in AL Central, LW: 26

Goal For Rest of Season: Sign Byron Buxton to a contract extension.

Goal For Rest of Season: Get to third place and 75 wins to build positive momentum for next season.

Goal For Rest of Season: Figure out the right way to rebuild, whether tearing it down or to remain competitive without mortgaging the future.

20. Tigers 52-57 3rd in AL Central, LW: 21

Goal For Rest of Season: Finish at .500 and give A.J Hinch a chance at manager of the Year.

19. Angels 53-54 4th in AL West, LW: 16

Goal For Rest of Season: Shohei Ohtani to win MVP (almost certainly) and Cy Young (would need an awesome two months but still possible).

18. Braves 53-54 3rd in NL East, LW: 20

Goal For Rest of Season: To overtake Mets and win fourth consecutive divisional title.

17. Cardinals 53-53 3rd in NL Central, LW: 18

Goal For Rest of Season: Revert back to 2011 and go on a hot run to sneak into the playoffs.

Goal For Rest of Season: Finish with a winning record and figure out an identity for the future Guardians of the Ohio (you get it :-).
