Hi everyone, hope everyone is having a great end to their year. I had a 9th out of 10 winning weeks last week and I am finally in the green.. I got the dreaded push on Thursday night, a tie is a win right?

The Bucs have gone 0-11-1 over their last 12 games in the United States. I do not remember a run that putrid in recent memory but you can see that the books still want to give Tom Brady and the Bucs all of the respect in the world. So I will finally do something I have hardly done in this time frame and that is fade the Bucs in a big spot. Can the Kitties win this game, maybe who knows but it’s close.

COMMANDERS -2 OVER browns
The Brownies are dead team walking. The upstanding citizen has led the Browns on three touchdown drives in four games. Crazy fact here. Jacoby Brissett led the Brownies on four TD drives in three different games this season. So yeah there is already a little bit of buyer’s remorse here. On the other side I know I am taking Carson Wentz who is favored but Washington has a lot to play for so, uh..
Commanders Win 24-17
EAGLES -5.5 OVER saints
The green birds need this game and I think White Goodman gets it done over a Saints team that is ready to roll over. I know the Saints have won two in a row but you really think 2022 Andy Dalton is capable of winning three in a row? That’s what I thought. The big question here is Jalen Hurts will likely go five weeks without playing before returning in the divisional round will he be rusty or not?

cardinals +5.5 over FALCONS
David Blough Vs Desmond Ridder certainly sounds like the Cheez-IT bowl back in 2018. Me as a Cardinals enthusiast will watch this game but everyone else in the country cares about this game as much as a Vegan cares about eating a hamburger with a glass of warm milk. In the spirit of the New Year’s why not take J.J Watt to have a big game in his swan song and the Cards get a win, yippee.

TEXANS +3 OVER jaguars
Why not take the Texans big here. The Jags will probably sit a lot of their starters in the second half and the Texans have been competitive for the past three weeks. You can tell this team loves playing for Lovie Smith and are playing hard for him. Could the Texans go 4-1-1 in this awful division, yeah they could, why the hell not. You know Doug Pederson can care less about this game, #fact

bears +6 over LIONS
Bears can do one thing really really well. The Bears run the damn ball!!! The Lions just gave up 320 yards rushing to the Panthers. The Bears haven’t won very many games this year but they are due here. I know the Lions still have something to play for but I think the Cats are probably a year away from being in the postseason party. Justin Fields get closer to the all time QB rush record, Bears upset.

dolphins +2.5 over PATRIOTS
The Phins are going to win this game outright. You want to know the biggest reason to take the Phins in this game. Teddy Bridgewater is starting as an road underdog. You want to know what Teddy Bridgewater’s record is ATS as a road underdog? Teddy Bridgewater as a road underdog in his career is a 19-4 record against the spread. Plus the Phins are a better team and they are due to revert to norm.

broncos +12.5 over CHIEFS
We know the Chiefs as a big favorite usually does not cover. The Donkeys are a bad team and they are a team in disarray so you know when taking the Donkeys here you are fading the Chiefs who will likely be bored and lethargic and probably build a lead but let the Broncos hang around. I think this game is not that close but I see a backdoor cover from the Broncos in this one, just go with it, copy?

GIANTS -6 OVER colts
Gigantes are one win away from making the playoffs. With the Colts as the ultimate dead team walking I think it is pretty safe to say this is the Week that the Giants get that win to get back in the playoffs for the first time since some wide receivers were partying on a house boat. Nick Foles might have a game that we all know he’s capable of but I just think the Giants will seize their opportunity here.

SEAHAWKS +1.5 OVER jets
I am certainly fading the sharps here. The sharps love the Jets as a road favorite. I think it’s just a wonky line to me and I like getting value with a Seahawks team I know wants to finish with a winning record. There is nothing more glorious to Pete Carroll for the Seahawks to win 9 game in the first year post Russell Wilson and the Broncos to finish in the top 3 in the NFL Draft, could be #1 overall

RAIDERS +9.5 OVER 49ers
I hate this pick right here. I was considering this being a trap game for the 49ers but when the Raiders went off the grid and benched Derek Carr that thought process went out the window. I am mostly going on the fact that the Raiders have been competitive all year and the 49ers are due for a letdown. But me taking Jared Stidham here is about as gross as laying in a puddle of sludge, don’t watch it.

PACKERS -3 OVER vikings
I am riding the Aaron Rodgers to the playoff train. Well I could hit a speed bump because they will need help from the Cowboys backups next week (unless Dallas goes all 2021 and plays Dak most of the game in D.C) but I do love this Packers momentum. Plus this Vikings pixie dust in close games has to come to a close sometime and I think Sunday is that game, Playing with fire scarecrow.

rams +6.5 over CHARGERS
Come on aren’t the Chargers going to Charger this game? The Bolts are doing too well right now to not have a game that they absolutely just vomit all over themselves. Plus this Rams team is frisky and they are playing in their home stadium. This game is one of the easier bets of the Week for me. The Chargers as a favorite are easy to fade away on, fade away here like Kobe on the baseline.

RAVENS -2 OVER steelers
No Lamar Jackson, no problem? I do not know if I can go that far but I do think the Ravens have more to play for as they need to potentially keep pace with the Bengals. I have been fading the Steelers a lot over the past several weeks and losing most of the time. Mike Tomlin still has his non losing season streak alive, but it has to end at some point and I think this is the week it’s finally seal, ugly

bills -1 over BENGALS
This game is certainly a let’s enjoy a great game scenario. However, the Bills are a team on a mission and this is a good spot to fade a Bengals team that is on a ridiculous run. The reason why I like the Bills is simple, the way you can beat the Bengals is to be physical against their wide outs and the Bills have the personnel to do that. I have said all along I think it’s the Bills year and they prove it here.
