Drew’s Divisional Round Picks

Hi everyone, my Wildcard weekend picks were quite the disaster. We have now evolved into the divisional round. You can argue this is the 8 best teams (at least 8 teams playing the best right now). I decided to pick against Tom Brady and for the Cowboys so I deserve my 2-4 wildcard weekend. But we are getting this back friends, let’s goooooo!

TITANS -3.5 OVER bengals

Derrick Henry is back, A.J Brown is a nightmare to cover. The Bengals offensive and defensive lines are banged up can I go on. The biggest thing is we are currently in Home Alone 1. It took until Home Alone two for Kevin McCallister (Joe Burrow) to be able to beat the bad guys away from. This feel like a game that the Titans are just going to control and bully the Cats. I may be wrong but I doubt it!

Titans Win 27-17

PACKERS -5.5 OVER 49ers

I do think the Niners have a chance to run the ball down the Packers throat and control the clock for 40 minutes with Aaron Rodgers sitting on the sidelines with a frozen towel around his neck and the green colored hoodie with the G on his head. But I am going to go the other way. The Packers have a couple of early scoring drives. DeVante Adams is making ridiculous back shoulder fades on Josh Norman making him wish he never left Carolina. In other words I like the Pack Pack Pack to get back back back to the NFC Championship game.

Packers Win 34-23

BUCS -3 OVER rams

This one is pretty simple stupids. Tom Brady is only a three point favorite at home against Matthew Stafford. Can I repeat Tom Brady is only a field goal favorite at home over Matthew Stafford. Am I smoking the good stuff here? I must be because not just Tom Brady against Matthew Stafford. The Rams are playing a guy who hasn’t played since the P.C (Pre Covid) ERA at safety. The last time Eric Weddle played in an NFL game you could actually smile at people in an indoor public establishment. Yeah that was a long time ago. I know the Bucs secondary is weak as but God loves Tom Brady, give me Tampa!

Bucs Win 31-17

bills +1.5 over CHIEFS

This will by far be my weakest pick of the week but I am going to say that Josh Allen sleighs the dragon and gets over the playoffs hump. The biggest concern for me is the Chiefs secondary against a skilled receiving group. When the Chiefs played the Chargers and Bengals late in the Season the secondary really struggled to hold up against top receivers and the pass rush was mostly non existent. Patrick Mahomes will certainly play better than he did in the Chiefs 38-20 beat down in Week 5. But, I think the Bills are just the better team this year and it may be their year to finally get to the Super Bowl. I’m going to take the Buffalo helmets to get over the hump, let’s go Buffalo!!!!

Bills Win 34-27

Last Week: 2-4

Regular Season: 136-132-2
